In reply to: [Storefront] Stars for rating are shown as S letterHi @stuartduff,thanks for your response, actually I tried everything from clearing the browser cache to trying the incognito mode to trying different browsers on mobile and desktop like IE, FireFox, etc. but the same problem.
Actually I have some sites run the old version of the theme (before the last version) they show the real stars icons but the last update got a bug. To test this bug, please:
Go to one of the pages then on WordPress Admin :
1. Click Edit the page
2. Add the block: “Reviews by Category”, to add some reviews
3. Make sure the product rating feature enabled under the “content section” on right
4. Check the review stars on the page on the live website, you will see SSSS instead of the real star iconsI prefer not to share the link of my website here, but if there’s any way to send you a private message, I will do, kindly advise.
Please note that my website was working perfect on the version before the last.. But yesterday I updated the theme to the latest version and unfortunately, star icons don’t show up like before. But still I’ve another website running the version (before the latest one) and the real stars are showing up normally without any problem.
I hope you can understand me and can fix this problem as soon as possible, as the website doesn’t look nice with the SSSS.

Hi @kimvt1991, thanks for your response, there was no notification that reviews will be deleted, I worked so hard on reviews, I lost them, at least put a warning π Also this feature shouldn’t be called “override”, it should be called “delete and import”, because also you change the URL.
Hi, sorry, I’ve not received any notification. I was using Shopify and never had such a problem, I tested the events and everything seems fine but the reporting is crazy, sometimes one add to cart becomes 10, please revise your code, it’s a fatal error. @simonskyverge. Thanks.
I made the orders manually… can you please check what’s the problem with the plugin why it doesn’t work?
I logged out and logged in many times, it never worked…
I tried more than one product, more than one domain, the same problem, it seems there’s a problem from your end.

Does it send customized shipping emails like I mentioned above?
f itβs e-packet and Australia, then use Australia post website in the email
if itβs e-packet and USA, then use USPS post website in the email
if itβs AliExpress Standard Shipping and Australia, then use Global website in the email

Hi @webtoffee , thank you very much for your answer, yes this option is enabled by default, but the problem, some browsers don’t redirect fast after the payment, so customers ends up with closing the browser which will cause a loss to the conversion tracking. There’s another checkout method that PayPal offers, it’s to open a popup window for the PayPal within the same Woocommerce checkout page, so the customer logins to PayPal within the same page of Checkout and once the payment is done, there will be no need for any redirect as the customer will be already in the store (similar to the PayPal Checkout plugin by Woocommerce). Is this feature available within your plugin, please? How can I add it? I’m very interested in your plugin. Thanks so much!
Thanks, so this redirect is automatic? Or the user has to click on a button manually to go to order-received page?
