In reply to: [AgentPress Listings] Will plugin be updated soon?I don’t have a timeline for any updates I can share, but the plugin is safe to continue using in spite of the warning that it hasn’t been updated recently.
AgentPress Listings is working in my tests with WordPress 4.8.2. If you do encounter issues, though, please feel free to open a new topic to report them.

In reply to: [AgentPress Listings] Plugin Hacked or Updated? The plugin’s public commit history is visible here:

The latest version of
class-listings.phpusesagentpress-listingsas the text domain, and not theaplfrom your screenshot. It also uses ‘public’ and not ‘var’. https://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/agentpress-listings/tags/1.2.6/includes/class-listings.php#L28However, the change you mention does not look malicious to me; it seems like the result of a find-replace operation for
agentpress-listingstoaplandpublictovar. Perhaps such a change was made if you’ve already been editing the plugin files directly.Although the plugin has not received a recent update, these forums are monitored and the plugin is safe to continue using.

In reply to: [Genesis Responsive Slider] Is this plugin still active?Sorry for the notification you’ve all seen in Wordfence. You can continue to use Genesis Responsive Slider β it’s working with the latest version of WordPress, contains no reported vulnerabilities, and is safe to use on your sites.
The StudioPress team have been busy working on themes and other projects, but support for the plugin continues, and I’ve noted again that the βTested up toβ tag needs updating to avoid the warnings in Wordfence.

In reply to: [Genesis Responsive Slider] Arrows not workingThe arrows are working for me in Chrome on Mac and Windows, @jodzeee. (I also tested Firefox, IE 11, and Edge, which are fine too.)
If you’re able to pinpoint the issue to a particular platform or browser version, please feel free to share more.
Just to follow up here to say I spent some time trying to reproduce this, but couldn’t get content in
genesis_after_contentorgenesis_afterto disappear after saving. If anyone has sample code that triggers the issue or steps to reproduce it consistently, please feel free to share it here. I’d be happy to look again.

In reply to: [Genesis Portfolio Pro] Plugin needs updatingThanks for following up.
In my tests of 411 Pro with Genesis Portfolio Pro 1.1, portfolio items are responsive and I see no primary and secondary widget holding text.
It sounds as if your Genesis default layout may have become deselected by mistake? You could try:
1. Switching to the Genesis theme itself.
2. Switching back to 411 Pro.If that does not help:
1. Switch to Genesis.
2. Set the default layout to full width at Genesis β Theme Settings β Default Layout, and save your changes. (If a layout was already selected, try saving the settings anyway.)
3. Switch back to 411 Pro.In my tests this solves any layout issues caused by a missing or incomplete
genesis-settingsrow in thewp_optionstable.@marzian Could you share the code you were attempting to save in that field, please?
When I save to
genesis_after_contentorgenesis_afteron my test site, the contents of that field are still visible.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Genesis Portfolio Pro] Plugin needs updatingThanks for your comments, @timlh.
Version 1.1 is complete, but I don’t yet have a precise release date yet (it’s in testing and final review). I’m sorry for the delay there.
You are welcome to download the new version of the plugin from this URL in the meantime if you wish:
https://github.com/copyblogger/genesis-portfolio-pro/archive/master.zip
If you encounter any issues with that version, please feel free to share them here.
The plugin continues to be supported, and StudioPress are monitoring support requests here as well as for those made via the StudioPress help page.
I’m sorry that the ‘tested to’ version number has not been updated to keep this in search results, @dmccan.
I’ve passed your kind comments to the StudioPress development team for review.
Hi, @mahamahmad.
Genesis Simple Share requires a Genesis child theme. It uses functions only available to Genesis to position the share buttons; it won’t work with other themes, so you won’t see the settings page. Sorry about that!
You could consider switching to a Genesis theme, or you could try another share plugin.
@coffeehero I don’t have a timeline for the next update I can share at this time. I’m sorry for the inconvenience for now!
Hi, Chad.
It’s generally not recommended to remove the prefix from custom post type slugs, as it increases the chance of slug conflicts, but there’s some discussion here about possible workarounds if you’d like to attempt it:
