Go to SETTINGS -> WP POSTS CAROUSAL
Make sure you enable (put a checkmark) in Include Font Awesome.
This should turn on the arrow icons. For some reason this is disabled by default.
Having the same issue. Which makes iThemes Security useless for this ecommerce site.
Unfortunately I have not been able to isolate what setting is causing this.
Anyone have any ideas?
