My “problem” is that nothing I saw stated that the archive directories were virtual. Had I known that from the start, what was happening would have made better sense.

Okay, this is weird. Now, just now, I went to the site and clicked on the archive links and permalinks and everything is working. Still no files under the Archive folder, but the posts are now coming up.
According to Tg, archives are dynamic. Is there a way to make them static?

Permalink structure is:
/archives/%post_id%/
I figured that this would put some type of file under the Archives folder, but nothing has appeared.
