I am also facing the same exact issue wherein post installing & activating the Shiprocket plugin, the Payment Method sections freezes and endless Spinner keeps moving forever. The plugin works fine as it shows the Courier partner names, expected delivery date, shipping charges but customer cannot place the order bcoz payment section freezes. Shiprocket is NOT helpful and not responding to my emails or calls.
Plz advise how did they resolved ur issue?
