Nope, no need to clean up anything on the Zencoder side of things.
In regards to re-uploading the video to the correct site, if you don’t mind paying to encode the video again, that will probably be the easiest.

I’m a Zencoder employee, so I went ahead and took a look at the failed jobs. Are you sure the videos are successfully uploading in the first place? When I tried to directly access any of the input files that failed I got a 404 as well.
