The LiteSpeed support did a great job, and found the source of the problem.
The cache is working well, but the theme that I use inserted a code in their core plugin to force these settings, no matter what I select.

I tried all of that two times but with no success.
The strange thing is that majority of options are working properly but just these few don’t.
I noticed that Do Not Cache URIs came with predefined four terms that can not be changed or new can not be added. Could this be preset by the theme itself?
I am sending LiteSpeed Report, hope it can give some clues.
