It is the newest version of complianz version 7.4.2 . I deactivated all plugins and I saw that when I had the plugin AddToAny Share Buttons active with the complianz plugin that , thats when I get the debug notice. What is the best thing for me to do because I do need both plugins. Both are in their newest version I do see AddToAny Share Buttons is last updated 6 months ago so I think the problem is there .
