Ok I’m sorry for posting again just didnt want you guys to think i’m spamming you …a friend told me how to fix the above problem and it works.

I just went to the permalinks and updated the settings by cliking on “save as”

Man wish I knew this yesterday because of my lack of know how I drop 3 pages in google ..hopefully they crawl me again and see all my links are working.
