Finally found the issue! It was a bbpress plugin error that has been documented. What is confusing about it is even if you deactivate or delete the bbpress plugin it still persists. Read more here:

I wanted to add that I tried with two different admin accounts and both have the same issue.
The two files are set to 644, and the wp-admin directory is set to 755

I have to navigate to templates or something else. I did already try to reset the user database to no avail, but I am going to download a database optimizer plugin and try that next.

If i change the themes, then none of the membership stuff will show up and my S2 member referral system is not integrated with the original theme. Because of that, when I take it down, I could lose customers.
I have already tried deactivating all plugins and switching to the default theme, it did not change the situation. So i am just asking what you need to see so I don’t have to leave it like that and lose sales.

Is there certain code you are looking for? I can take it down, copy/paste then restore the site.
