Thanks.
Just so it is clear, I was also thinking of being able to pre-populate any of the fields on the form, including custom ones.
eg
[wpsc_create_ticket category=disturbance subject=Noise phone=123456]Ok, I think the visibility conditions might help.
Do you have any other shortcodes (other than https://supportcandy.net/knowledgebase/shortcodes/)? If you had shortcode that could preload certain form fields, it would help. Like this example which would preload the “disturbance” category and show custom fields that would be shown for that category:[wpsc_create_ticket category=disturbance]
If not, would you be able to add this to your product roadmap as a feature request?
Thanks

In reply to: [Quick and Easy FAQs] How to hide all FAQ’s showing on default?@chiaracodes, are you able to post your complete solution, including which files you modified and what you changed in each one?
Is there perhaps an “additional CSS” type solution that might survive upgrades?
Thanks

In reply to: [Quick and Easy FAQs] Display All FAQs under parentI suppose the other way to do what I am after is to allow for a wildcard or regular expression driven list of FAQ Groups in the filter statement eg filter=”cat*” or even a database style wildcard (if easier) filter=”cat%”. Is this possible or perhaps a new feature that can be added?
