Yes it is enabled. I did research before coming here and saw guidance on enabling that feature which I did months ago and it didnt change anything unfortunately.
I know how to get here wp-content/updraft’ directory via FTP or your hosts’ file manager, as I have to delete logs and back-ups from the filer manager because it keeps utilizing too much storage.
I do not know how to send you a copy of the backup log
