  • Just to bump this, I inherited a multisite installation that has the same kind of issues as @hbgit. I haven’t tried uninstalling/reinstalling the plugin yet, however.

    I created a separate test WordPress multisite installation, and then the plugin. Made a few users, and was successful in switching with no errors, so I guess it’s not the plugin, but my inherited site. Regardless, I’m not sure how to go about debugging it!

    @johnbillion, do you have any suggestions on where to drop a debug call in your plugin to figure this out?
