question i hope your still online….we had lots of plugs…how do i know the list so that i can go manually add them?

bad news…didnt get very far. i dragged the file into the “drag area” then got this error message. Hope this is a faster process…cant afford to go back and forth very much. say s”invalid backup” uoload file is not a valid backup, we removed the file from the server. HELP me Nick! what time zone are you?
