In reply to: [MaxGalleria] Existing MaxGalleria Gallery Skins Not in v5Okay, I have changed the password back, thanks.
BUT, the whole idea that I should have to “have a professional do” anything, or “hire” someone to solve a problem that should never have arisen in the first place is, frankly, unacceptable. I already have a professional, my site designer, that I can pay to work on this—but WHY should I have to do that?
I simply updated MaxGalleria in the typical way that I’ve updated it and all my other plug-ins previously, and doing so removed the existing skins on my video gallery. Then, to make matters worse, it also failed to offer that skin in the menu, as the documentation says it is supposed to do.
How is this failure my fault? And why should I be responsible for paying someone to fix it?
Thanks.

In reply to: [MaxGalleria] Existing MaxGalleria Gallery Skins Not in v5Thanks. Can I install it without screwing things up further, and if so, how?
I really don’t want to have my webmaster do this and be invoiced for his time.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [MaxGalleria] Existing MaxGalleria Gallery Skins Not in v5I’m not using a standard theme. This is a custom site built on a WP framework, and I hesitate to mess with it at that level. Why should this even be necessary? Is there someplace I can just get the previous version, which was working fine?

In reply to: [MaxGalleria] Existing MaxGalleria Gallery Skins Not in v5Thanks, but where do I find the functions.php file? I looked everywhere I could think of, but couldn’t locate it.

In reply to: [MaxGalleria] Existing MaxGalleria Gallery Skins Not in v5An old one, with one new video added. It was working fine until I installed the latest v. Thanks!

In reply to: [MaxGalleria] Existing MaxGalleria Gallery Skins Not in v5Thanks, Alan, but that’s just the problem. As I said, “Tightness Dark” is no longer a choice in the Preset Layouts menu. The six choices are: Borderless, Picture Frame, Drop Shadow, Inner Shade, Rounded Edge, and Slim Frame. If “Tightness Dark” was an option I would have selected it.
