Thank you for your review. The lite version of MiwoEvents does not have the booking feature, it’s just event listing for test purpose and it’s clearly mentioned.
As for the pricing, I suppose that you missed that the price is for “Unlimited Sites” and it’s fair low in comparing with other plugins like the followings:

The meaning of “just like YouTube” is having a YouTube like site of your own. Normally, you can just embed a video from YouTube, not the other features such as channels, subscriptions, reports etc.
In short, users’ actions (watch, register, subscribe, share) are done through your site, not YouTube.

As I said, the latest version has this problem resolved.

Our developers have been trying to reproduce your problem for 2 days and finally found what causes such problem. Such a problem occurs when “register_globals” setting of your server is set to “On”.
We’ve just release a new version which fixes this issue.
Also, keep in mind that “register_globals” is recommended to be set “Off” for security purposes.

I just tested it from WP installer again on a clean/new WP site and it worked out of the box. I wish I could do something for you so you could see it working and change your thoughts/rating as it’s a pity for a just born plugin.
