Another workaround I found was going into the edit mode and changing the post to a draft, which removed it from public display.
I have the exact same problem you are experiencing. I have cleared cookies, disabled all plugins, switched back to the default template, and accessed the site from three different browsers on two different machines but still have the same problem.
I wonder if this could be a hosting issue, perhaps a php or mysql setting (just reaching here)?
