Thanks for the fast response, but i have seen these plugins. SP Project & Document Manager is almost what i want, but the description must be visible, not only in the file description.
I make folders with the name of policies. Next to the folder or if i step into the folder the description must be visible. And in the folder the uploaded documents must be visible too. This SP Project & Document Manager has almost the same solutions but the description can not be visible until i click one of the uploaded document. It hase to be visible next to the folder name or after i step into folder.
