then could I just copy the contents of the wp-admin and wp-content folders over to over-write them at

or if that wouldn’t work then how do I get an upgrade 3.9.1 version on WordPress onto
http://blog.st-john.or.jp/ewordpress/
without messing up the whole of the existing blog please?

This site is using the most recent update of WordPress so can I assume that my problem rests in the outdated version on WordPress 3.7.1? And if so, if the automatic update isn’t working how do I resolve the issue please?
