I can confirm the latest update has fixed the error.

I have the same fatal error on file change and nothing has been emailed since the 7.0.3 update.

I also have the same problem. If you right click and open in a new tab it opens successfully but not when you just click on the menu in the website.

I managed to get the plugin to work by doing the widget import before installing the theme and restoring all the other files. Must be a conflict with the them as I tried deactivating all the plugins and that didn’t do any good.
