Thanks for this and we will try your suggestion however it doesnt seem to assist with the issue of the catalog being set up for ecommerce and not bookings.
Please assist us with how to get a catalog set up for Bookings (destination catalog), the only option it’s given us so far is for ecommerce.Best wishes,

We have removed the other pixel as requested however, please note that we are not an ecommerce store.
You have asked for “examples” of the products where views, add to cart etc are not firing, but we are not an ecommerce store.
1. Please assist us with how to get a catalog set up for Bookings (destination catalog), the only option it’s given us so far is for ecommerce.
2. We had set up the other pixel (the green one) manually as the WooCommerce plugin wasn’t working.
We have now paused these tags so there is just one pixel active (but as you can see, it’s showing that it’s not firing correctly).
I’ve attached the screen recording showing that the events aren’t firing correctly. Since we’re using catalog ads and we’re a bookings based business, we need the following events (a minimum);product views, product searches, product purchases or product initiated checkouts.
