I hope this will help you, i got the same issue when updating my WP to 4.5.1. The page builder was blank, but after debugging, i find out that the error causing it was in the WPML plugin files. I deactivated all WPML plugins and the page builder is back and running.

It seems to be a themes issue. I tried it with another theme i have, and it works there very well.
