  • hmm that’s not a useful answer… “good luck”?! I have just updated my subscription a week ago for the pro-version and they send me the same:

    “Unfortunately, our team and other developers cannot control this.

    Sorry again and hope you will find a workaround.
    Thanks! Have a good day!”

    Hope you will find a workaround????!!! No – YOU will find a workaround or return my 25 USD! What a lousy response – could a least have said something along the lines of “we are working on a solution”.
