It’s a website used at my workplace, and whoever set up the website no longer works here, so I have no idea. Without being able to see the website/wp-admin part, I don’t know how I could find out who the website is hosted with! This is such a disaster :'(

Hi, thanks very much for your reply. I’m not very good at wordpress so I can’t be sure, but I’ve been at this for hours now and I’m afraid I can’t see how I can do any of the above when the webpage is completely unavailable and the account is unavailable?

I can’t access an error log as I can’t access the server (I assume by server you mean where I can edit the content of my pages etc?)

I can’t enable wp_depug as I can’t access sitename/wp-admin etc – that all just comes up with HTTP 500 error.

I can’t disable plugins as I can’t access them…and I can’t access them via an FTP as the FTP won’t let me log in because my password is apparently wrong.

I can’t work out what the phpmyadmin thing is – I downloaded it via https://www.phpmyadmin.net/ but its just a zip file with lots of folders in it? I have no idea what I’m supposed to do with that?

    Thank you!
