I do not work for PIngenerator and I have used the tool for almost a year without issues. However, this has happened twice to me before I started using PIn Generator, and I think it has to do with Pinning the same URL too frequently. While you were doing it manually you were probably more conscious of when and where you pinned each URL. It doesn’t matter which tool you use with Pinterest, if you pin the same URL to multiple boards too quickly you will get banned.
