That resolved the problem. My WP_LANG was set to “fi”, so I renamed the .po and .mo files to tablepress-fi, and it works.
I was a bit lazy when I translated the plugin so the translation is not very good(some parts are still in english), but I can send it if you want. 🙂

Well the problem is not about the translation files, because there are no translation of the plugin for my language. I think I’m going to write them. I’m just wondering why your plugin is using the wordpress’s default translation for two fields on the registration page, but not for the other two. It makes no sense. The field names right now on my registration page are:
Käyttäjänimi (=Username)
Sähköpostiosoite (=Email)
First Name
Last Name
