I am Confirming the same issue with fresh install of WordPress 4.5.2, WooCommerce 2.6.1 and WC-Marketplace 2.3.9. I am not able to select Vendor on ‘add new product’ as well as ‘edit product’ page. Here is the more reference with snapshot:
