Scratch that. I just went and put it into the the top of the header.php just one line above <title> and Presto! problem solved! “-)

QUESTION: where does the metatag to force compatibility go? This theme (I’m also using Elegant Grunge) has two .css files: “style.css” and “ie.css” file. AND, pardon my ignorance, do you just place it at the bottom of the file or does it have to go into a particular spot?
