I also confirm that the three listed steps above have been completed.
The only thing I can see is that I do not have confirmation that the app is authorised correctly. The button just reads ‘reauthorise’, even though I have already authorised the app.

Please authorize your facebook account for import facebook events. Please authorize with account which you have used for create an facebook app.
As I am unable to fully test your product, this is preventing me considering purchasing your professional package.
Please advise.
I also have the same issue.
All three steps listed above have been carried out, however error still occurs.
Possible reason:
– FB authorisation. Has been carried out, however I am unclear if this has been taken into account as in the Settings tab is only displays a button ‘Reauthorise’.
– Do the events have to be my own or can these be from any page?
