I disabled a redirect plugin and that seems to have fixed it…
I looked at my htaccess just to rule something out there and there are no redirects that were mysteriously added on my behalf…
I deleted that new page.. And WordPress is still trying to redirect me to it when I go to my default URL. I am totally stumped with this one… This is getting to be a big issue because now my site is entirely screwed up from simply adding a page.
