    Have anyone also a solution / what is the reason?

    Thanks, for a/your quickly help!

    Thanks for your quickly help!

    Ah, you mean the text link “Copy all submissions to CFDB.”!
    This link is a little bit bad to see…;)

    But, the process set the current copy date in the submit field.
    NOT the original submit date of the message!
    This is not good! Is this an error or what running wrong?

    ——————————–

    And, the copy process is running with some WARNINGS!
    Yes I use Bastian Germann’s version (https://github.com/bgermann/contact-form-7-to-database-extension/archive/master.zip).

    Really, has anybody a idea how I create a file exception from the general htaccess blocking rule? In this case, the file “admin-ajax.php”

    Thanks…

    Hallo,

    … is there already a solution for this?

    Because I think now, it’s much more better/saver to protect the complete directory (/wp-admin) with .htaccess!

    But, than dont work the “Really Simple CAPTCHA”!
    Because now appears of course, always the login query the .htaccess each side with a cform2 form (incl. Captcha) – blocked for the user!
    For the reason, please see my first post.

    Here my question again:
    Is the access to the file “admin-ajax.php” (in /wp-admin) really necessary for running the plugin “Really Simple CAPTCHA”?!?

    Thanks for the quick answer/help!

    Ok, than was it a temp css probleme – I think!?!

    Thanks, for your energie, help! 😉

    Hallo,

    … thanks “biccinnomanus”! 😉
    I decide me for the Solution 2) Install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/add-admin-css/

    In Solution 1) – the google font will load again from the google api! ;( Not good…!

    But – I hope this only a temporary solution and the WP team, fix it general in the next release!

    STOP! STOP! STOP! STOP! STOP!

    I’ve updated another WP-Installation to WP 4.6.

    Now is running the pure WP 4.6 (with terrible fonts)!
    But, I see in source code now, that WP 4.6 still load the google fonts from the google api!

    See:
    <link rel='stylesheet' id='ls-google-fonts-css' href='https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Lato:100,300,regular,700,900%7COpen+Sans:300%7CIndie+Flower:regular%7COswald:300,regular,700&subset=latin%2Clatin-ext' type='text/css' media='all' />

    and:
    <link rel='stylesheet' id='rs-open-sans-css' href='//fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Open+Sans%3A400%2C300%2C700%2C600%2C800&ver=4.6' type='text/css' media='all' />

    WHY?!? That I don’t understand!
    It was said but, from version 4.6,
    are no fonts loaded from the google api!?!

    Thanks for your quickly Info/Answers!

    … the same to me!

    In the back end, the font “Open Sans” and there google-api load links are until exists, after the plugin activation!

    <link rel='stylesheet' id='ls-google-fonts-css' href='https://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Lato:100,300,regular,700,900%7COpen+Sans:300%7CIndie+Flower:regular%7COswald:300,regular,700&subset=latin%2Clatin-ext' type='text/css' media='all' />

    I use 1 MultiSite WP and 1 normal WP.

    Thanks for your quickly answer!

    Hallo wavestation,

    … this “trick” works ONLY in old version 1.1.6.8!

    If you have (through plugin updates) a higher plugin version, is it not more possible, to use the text field to set a text (e.g. “1978”) instead the class name for the “Font Awesome Class”.

    But, you’ve already read the post from Evan – right?!?
    You can wait on the next release 😉

    G, Mike
