In reply to: [WPBruiser {no- Captcha anti-Spam}] Show with problemsHi ramonjosegn,
Thanks for sharing this. This can happen when another plugin loads its own css globally in the admin area and rewrites wordpress/others css rules.
You can start deactivating plugins one by one and see if this still happens.
Also, you can contact me http://www.wpbruiser.com/contact and I’ll be glad to help with that.Cheers,

In reply to: [WPBruiser {no- Captcha anti-Spam}] author posts aren't getting filteredHi Indiran,
If posts are filtered using the query string “/?author=ID” WPBruiser blocks that because this technique called “User Enumeration” is used by almost all spammers to find out the real username.
If your theme uses the filter like that I strongly recommend to change to change the filter.
On the other hand, you can go to WPBruiser -> Security tab and uncheck “Prevent User Enumeration” option.Cheers,
MihaiHi ramonjosegn,
I’ve just tested with BBQ Lite and there is no issue.
Also, yes, the wp-login.php can be renamed but will not work if the code will be hard-coded.Mihai
Hi James,

Hi James,
I had a look at the web site and there is no Autoptimize or WPBruiser causing this.
It seems to be a misconfiguration on the server side.
Could you please contact me through http://www.wpbruiser.com/contact ?Mihai
Hi daknour,
It seems WPBruiser is not aware of the form you want to protect.
While it seamlessly working with the UM Login forms that they offer in their free version, probably there is another Login form for a extension.
Few weeks ago I’ve integrated WPBruiser with their modal Login form as well

In reply to: [WPBruiser {no- Captcha anti-Spam}] How?Hi Jessy,
While I don’t think you’re interested in how WPBruiser is technically implemented, I can let you know that it injects hidden tokens into forms when the page is loaded and exchanges their values with the client side using javascript.Yes, you can manually block IPs or let WPBruiser block them when a Brute Force attack is detected.
If you need some technical information or you have any questions feel free to contact me through http://www.wpbruiser.com/contact

MihaiHi Dan,
Thanks for reporting this to me. I just did a test on my server and I am able to activate Jetpack with XML-RPC disabled by WPBruiser.
I’ve deleted both plugins, I’ve reinstalled them – no issue activating Jetpack.
I’ve deleted and reinstalled both plugins one by one – no issue activating Jetpack.Regarding Password reset, yes, I think you are right. I was not thinking at this scenario.
Could you please contact me through http://www.wpbruiser.com/contact ?
I need a bit more information about your server config.Mihai
