WPBruiser does not rely in WordFence or any other plugin… and it’s just doing its job!Cheers,

WPBruiser is integrated with Easy Forms for Mailchimp by Yikes and protects the subscription forms with no captcha, reCaptcha or any other user interaction.In the last couple of months I’ve got lots of requests for this and I have created an extension.

Glad to hear you’re happy with WPBruiser!
While I am happy with it too, Wordfence is a great and powerful plugin as well. I am not aware of any incompatibilities between them and together they’re making a great team.You can imagine I can’t give you a right answer. It is only and only your decision here!

As per our email discussion in order to stop Trackbacks spam the “Protect Comments Form” option should be selected on the WordPress tab.
In the upcoming updates I’ll add a separate option for Trackbacks.Cheers,

While this error has nothing to do with the plugin itself, you can follow one of the following options:
1. Install the plugin directly from your Dashboard and let WordPress to handle Download and Install
2. Install the plugin via FTP
3. Change the following directives in php.iniphp_value upload_max_filesize 100M
php_value post_max_size 200M
php_value max_execution_time 180
php_value max_input_time 180The above values are just examples. Please change them according to your needs.
You can also try to place the directives at the bottom of your .htaccess file.Do not hesitate to contact me through http://www.wpbruiser.com/contact you still need any help with this.

It is not WPBruiser causing this in your site. Did you install any other plugin meanwhile?Mihai

Thanks for letting me know. Something happened when I’ve pushed some huge changes in version 3.0.5. Since then some files, got corrupted, some files were missing etc
It seems that there are still some issues.
Let me wipe out the repository and I’ll push a new version
I’ll keep you updated
