The 4.9 branch file is present in the global version (see https://wordpress.org/download/releases/ ) but not for the UK version (see https://en-gb.wordpress.org/download/releases/ ). So you can either update to the former now or wait until the UK branch admins have had time to add it.

Same error, I checked and UploadContent.php had updated to: const MAX_CHUNK_SIZE = 15728640; //15MB
Up until this week, the site has been happily backing up with no issues, however, it had a low WordPress memory limit (40M) and it seems that is no longer good enough, I upped it to 256M and the upload worked fine.

I am having problems with transfers to remote storage since 22/06/2018:

[2018-06-25 09:58:41] php_system.INFO: E_ERROR: array ( ‘type’ => 1, ‘message’ => ‘Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 157286401 bytes)’, ‘file’ =>Available Memory is 256M, PHP version is 5.6.36.
The problem is occurring on several sites which were previously working, the tried to allocate size seems to be consistently the same across all sites.
I have downloaded and installed your latest update as above.

I am having the same issue. The server concerned is running several other instances of Woocommerce without any issues. However, in a new install of WordPress, with no other plugins active using Twenty Seventeen theme I am getting the following error:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 90 bytes) in /home/playmerrilyco/public_html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/includes/api/class-wc-rest-shipping-zone-methods-controller.php on line 541

That is looking good. I have just uploaded a 1.7GB backup successfully. I will run a couple more tests and report back if I have any more problems.
Will you be doing another release or will I need to reinstall on all my sites?

I deactivated and deleted the plugin then reinstalled from the repository and reactivated it.
Now when I try to upload I get a server error:
