The page you send won’t load and just show a blank page 🙁 The user, that experience problems previously had 500 results per page before without any problems – until now. One of our other users show 16 results per page without problems.

The user is still marked as administrator. We tried to check on one of our other users – another administrator role, which now also experience the same problems with loading the products site after changing the results per page to 100 results per page.
One of our other administrator users still have access to the product site (16 results per page) without any problems, so can’t imagine how an plugin can affect two other administrator roles but not the last one, that has a lower results per page.

We’ve used this user before to edit products and create products, but now we cant load the product menu anymore on the backend on that user, but on any other user we can..

is it maybe because that user has a high “number of topics per page”? because the other users has around 16 topic per page, this one had around 500
