I found a solution to question 2 simply by including excerpts on those pages and adjusting the excerpts so that the boxes are now the same size.
Your help with question 1 in the future would be great though.

Another quick question. Check out my page – http://www.ekarifoundation.org/programs/. Is there anyway to align the photos and have the responsive boxes be the same size? They are off now because one of my titles is longer than the other. Simply put, I would like to add a space under Community Programs.
