I didn’t want the do-it-yourself folks to download and copy our designs, by measuring the type size, margins, etc., and there may be copyright considerations that prohibit delivering the author’s book pages (even a few of them) to another person.
Thanks. I just changed the name servers at my registrar, so hopefully that will take care of it. Do web hosts change these things without notice? I was sure it was correct before. 🙂
The domain was mapped at my host months ago. When I enter the domain name in a browser I still get an “address not found” error. What am I doing wrong?
