In reply to: domain name change problemAndrea…If my lips could reach all the way over to where you are I’d give you a kiss…8-)
I swear I searched the database 2x earlier today. Oh well. There were still a few rogue links.
All is fixed.
Hey Andrea…I think I’m just going to use sub-directories. That way I can leave sub-domains open for other things.
In your opinion though…Do you think most average users would care one way or the other? I know I personally would prefer sub-domains…But that’s just me.
What has your experience been?
By the way…8-) I’m a stay at home dad that runs a broadcast media network from home. I’m the father of two girls, 6 & 16. I homeschool the youngest and get to do all the househusbandry while my wife works outside the home.
Now if someone could just make a plug-in that would do my dishes and laundry for me…8-)
Not yet Andrea. Just got my vps back up and running this morning.
Is there any advantage techniclaly using sub-domains vs. sub-directories, other than just the naming of the sites?
Could I possibly hire you to walk me through that? I’ve got just enough ssh knowledge to be dangerous and don’t want to screw that up. LoL
Thanks again Andrea
Yes sir Ipstenu…I did. Twice. 😎
I’d love to do this myself but I may just have to throw someone a few bones to help me out…8-)
Mike
Sheesh…And I thought this would be easy…8-)
Thank you for the response Andrea. You certainly have a lot of love for this community to answer these questions over and over and over…LoL.
I’d really like to get this all figured out on my own rather than simply paying someone else to do the dirty work for me.
Thanks again.

In reply to: Formatting ProblemThank you for your timely response. 8)
That would be the easy work around. My problem is that the visual mode is just not keeping the paragraph breaks once I put them in. That is why I went to the HTML editor.
Funny thing is…This problem didn’t exist before 12 Noon today. I used to be able to switch back and forth without losing the formatting.
I just want this thing to work like it did before lunch.
By the way…I found someone on the Thesis forum that is having the same problem. So the problem might be in Thesis 1.6
