    Steve thank you so much! I had no clue that the hosting company could reset WP passwords. They did it. It looks like I was hacked because the username, password and email address were changed so that I could not even reset the password. All is better now. Thank you so much for your help!

    Hi Steve,

    I reset the password successfully thru FTP, but it still says the username is wrong. I then checked thru my mysql databases on my webhosting and the username is admin. So I know it is correct. Yet it still wont let me in. I tried renaming the plugins on the FTP site, so disable them, but still nothing. Any last suggestions before I rebuild the entire site? Its very coincidental that this started right after the upgrade last week, and I have not touched the site in years.
