Are you still having problems viewing your book on your website? I went to the link you posted in your last response here, and I see the French version of the book you mentioned. I assume you are referring to an English version of the book that is a stand-alone page.
When you say that the “added book doesn’t appear on the website”, I’m assuming you mean that nothing related to the book at all (cover image, book page, etc.) is visible on your site.
Have you checked the visibility status of the book page? (you can see that status under “Publish” when in edit mode for the page). If the visibility is set to “private” or “password-protected”, that would explain why nobody is able to view the page if they are not logged in.
