Hi Sarah,
Sorry for my late response, sunshine got in conflict with time spent in front of a computer screen ;-). Good news! The issue seems to be fixed. Names with the letter V now get displayed correctly. Also sorting users by display name works now. Many thanks for you support ans swift responses!!
p.s. In case you get bored ;-)) , I have a feature request that could be a nice enhancement to your plugin. This would be to make the directory listing searchable (either through the WP search, or a separate function).
Best regards!
MarcoOk, might this be a hint? We’re in the Netherlands and we use many last names in the “van<space>Dijk” format. For us this name should be under the letter “D”, but the plugin puts it under “V” (assuming the US format like “Vandijk”). Does this make sense?
-edit- it might not be related because the issue still exists even when only single words like Vandijk are used.

Hi Sarah,
I did the include/exclude test as well, but no luck. Also the letter V is not hyperlinked at all. I just noticed b.t.w. that changing the URL part “employees/?letter=V” does pull the users, they are there 🙂Tnx,
MarcoHi Sarah, thanks again for your quick response. I’m afraid the update didn’t fix the issues.
KR,
MarcoJust noticed that when the “Sort field” is set to “Display Name (wp_users_table)” more names disappear from the listing.

In reply to: [Dynamic User Directory] Meta Key fieldsHi Sarah,
Thanks for your quick response! With a total of 10 meta fields I would have one or two spare ones, so 10 would be realy great! Thanks,
Marco
