I’ve the same problem. I’ve 4.0.17 version and WP 4.5.
I can see donations and donors list, but when I click for detail, i cannot see DONOR INFORMATION and DONATION DETAILS.
I tried to disable all other plugins but without any change.
The data is correctly stored in mysql db, I can found it in POST content.
I can only change the default WP thumbnail size.
