so I went into the properties of the pictures file itself. I changed the permissions on the entire folder to everyone full allow and it then zipped through all of the images in that folder changing the permissions. I then tried again to add pictures to my site but once again I got the same error

I am unsure of how to do anything else to fix it myself
I changed the properties of the images one by one and then the error became :

I used multiple images and ran into the permissions issue which stated the user had only read and execute permission (I don’t know if that would make a difference or not) but I changed it to full allow and that was the new error message after that
