In reply to: [Email Before Download] No email link after Send, can someone helpI have resolved this issue by using SMTP send mail plugin to send email from contact form through SMTP, because my shared hosting provider not allow me to send through standard mail() php function. My form stuck when sending the email when user push the send button. Better check your problem by using firefox and firebug (or other browser with their developement tools) and see the ajaxRequest reply on console. 🙂

1. If you use GoDaddy shared hosting, it won’t work. GoDaddy shared hosting does not allow usage of SMTP server except your internal GoDaddy SMTP server.
2. Switch to VPS or change your hosting provider.Hi David,
I have the same issue. I also try using WP SMTP Mail CONFIG and set the SMTP config. The SMTP test mail is working but when I try the form submission, it’s still not sent to the recipients mail.Thank U

Am I need to upgrade the wordpress version to 4.1?
