Yes, thank you, I have the link but it is a paid forum. unless i’m misunderstanding, but cannot post in the forum unless you pay for that.

Like last time, I was able to reset the plugin by:
>ftp-ing into site
>going into wp-content\plugins
>renaming folder to aaaazingiri
1. reinstalled plugin > succsessful
2. upgraded database > sucsessful
BUT – All the tickets are gone somehow!!
I have a backup of the site from a little bit ago, but need help restoring the ticket database.
Please advise! I’m sure it can be fixed! I’ll do anything I can…
It did for a while, but just updated again and it looks like it disapeared again… Can you please guide me in trying to get it back?
