I have no idea how but the problem is solved now 🙂
It is amazing that the fact that non of the translation files in this plugin works, bothers no one! checked out fr_FR yesterday and that did not work either … so an answer from the developers would be appreciated.
i downgraded mine to 3.6.6 in order to make it work again!
