Im facing the same issue.
Im working on wordpress V5.3.2 with the The7 Theme V7.8.2
I really like the ultimate member features, but sadly when a suscriptor log in it just redirect it to the homepage without having it logged in. So nothing happens. However with an admin login it works and sends it to the dashbord.
I already talk with godaddy (my customer hosting) to fix the security_mod, I have made some changes on the htaccess, but nothing works.
I need to fix this asap, anyone with facing the same issue and anybody with any solution??
