will try that. After I rename the files, do I just rename them back to their old name?

In reply to: Issues with log-in and permissionsWPyogi, I usually use Chrome, so I switched to Firefox… I can’t get in at all. When I switched back to Chrome, the ONLY was to go to my site’s admin page was to go to http://www.wordpress.com and then go to my site, then try to update my theme (I’m trying to add a static front page). The theme customization page won’t load now, and it asks me to enter in my password every time the page refreshes.

In reply to: Issues with log-in and permissionsTrisha, I am self-hosted at worpress.org. Sorry, I still get the two confused. I do have to log-in through wordpress.com otherwise it acts like I have not typed anything in to the username and password boxes.
