thank you very much! i’ll look down those avenues and start going through the other supports. i very much appreciate the points in the right directions. if i do figure it out, i’ll come back here and post it so anyone else that runs into this problem might find it.

Sorry about the site, it should be accessible now, with a basic template on Twenty Twenty-four that we were checking out initially.
The URL that gives me the inbox error is: https://esdot.nz/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-admin from the WordPress dashboard.

Everything’s deactivated now except for the base WooCommerce plugin. I can put our country in now manually through the Settings tab, but the Setup Wizard still gives me this error when I try to get past the second page.
