No category base plugin was updated two years ago.
The removal of this feature is a very unpleasant surprise – and an author of a _SEO_ plugin should know better. Links pointing to original, /category/-less URLs will land on 404 errors for example.

The idea sounds great however some times it could conflict with the ToS of several services. For example Facebook could consider spam if you are giving incentives to like or share your content.

I’ve the same problem, the plugin often imports the same comments twice.
In fact it’s just sucks.
The solution is not working, I converted all my template phps, the problem still exists.
Same problem with Hungarian characters.
Exactly the same problem.

In reply to: WordPress/Akismet flagging everything as spamSimilar problem. At SFportal most of the comments goes to the spam folder, even the trustworthy, registered users’ comments. At this time, I have to check spam folder regurarly.
